FSD is Tesla’s L2 assisted driving technology, but it is still far away from L3 and above automatic driving technology. There is an additional fee to use FSD. Woz bought FSD very early. He may have believed in the beautiful vision promised by Tesla CEO Elon Musk. Musk said in 2019 that Tesla would become a true self-driving taxi by the next year, and owners could sleep in it. But four years later Tesla has made little progress on this front, and FSD now requires customers to pay $15,000. Woz’s latest electric vehicle is a Lucid Air.
