WhatsApp’s new “Communities” feature was officially launched in Hong Kong today (3rd), aiming to allow users to connect different groups together, providing a unified communication channel for neighborhoods, schools, and volunteer groups, etc. to have a group conversation.
Android and iOS users can now create new communities or join existing groups by clicking the latest Communities tab above or below the conversation, respectively.
