Valence Security, an information security company focused on SaaS application security, completed a $25 million Series A capital increase

Valence Security, an information security company founded in Israel last year, announced last week that it has completed a $25 million Series A capital increase, led by Microsoft’s M12 Venture Capital Fund. Other investors include Valence seed investors YL Ventures, Akamai Technologies , Porsche Ventures, and Michael Fey, former president of Symantec, have put Valence in the spotlight.
