In addition, RIAA will also AI seen as an emerging copyright threat. The RIAA says there are online services that use AI to create new compositions that are similar or nearly identical to a reference artist’s composition. One of the services mentioned by the RIAA is Songmastr, its underlying technology is open source Matchering 2.0, and the code is published on GitHub. The site promises to create (or master) similar styles of music based on well-known musicians such as Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, and Bob Dylan.
