The executive who invented the Amazon Kindle is retiring

The head of Amazon’s Kindle, which invented the e-book device, and the head of research and development of its artificial intelligence assistant Alexa will retire in the near future, CNBC reported, becoming the e-commerce giant’s latest executive to lose its position. The report pointed out that Gregg Zehr, president of Amazon’s hardware research and development business group Lab126, has retired a few days ago, and Amazon also confirmed that Zher will leave the company.
