by AWS announced that users can integrate AWS Chatbot in Microsoft’s communication and collaboration platform Teams, and can operate AWS resources with instructions in the chat channel, as well as troubleshoot. As early as 2020, users will be able to use AWS Chatbot in Chime and Slack chat channels, and now they can also centrally manage infrastructure in Teams to automate workflows with chatbots.
