If nothing else, Apple will release a newiPad 10and other products. A third-party case for the tablet is now available in advance at a Target store in the United States.
Today a Twitter user @roeeban shared a photo of a case for the unreleased 2022 entry-level iPad. The case was designed by accessory maker Speck, which has been making cases for Apple products for over a decade and likely has sources in Apple’s supply chain for design details on upcoming devices.

Unlike before, the iPad 10 case is useful for Stand for Apple Pencil 2, which indicates that the iPad 10 will support the newer version of the Apple Pencil 2. The iPad 9 is only compatible with the original Apple Pencil. As a result, Apple’s tablet product line has gradually replaced the Apple Pencil 2, slowly phasing out the first-generation Apple Pencil.
Based on previous news, the iPad 10 uses a larger 10.5-inch display, iPad Pro-like flat bezel, landscape FaceTime camera, USB-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack expected to be removed. The device will also feature an A14 Bionic processor and the cellular version supports 5G. It’s not entirely clear if the device retains the Touch ID physical Home button or uses the Touch ID power button.

The new iPad 10 could be released this month alongside the new iPad Pro 2022. iPadOS 16 is expected to be released to the public next week. For more technical information, please continue to hold the Urban Tech Story version!
