Reuters: Elon Musk raises $44 billion to buy Twitter by Friday

Elon Musk has now received financial support and will acquire Twitter for $44 billion on the 28th. Funding sources include: Sequoia Capital (Sequoia Capital), Binance (Binance), Qatar Sovereign Fund, etc.

Reuters quoted people familiar with the matter as saying that Elon Musk has obtained enough funds to fulfill the decision of the Delaware court to complete the acquisition of Twitter on the 28th. Sources of funding include Sequoia Capital, Binance and Qatar’s sovereign fund, according to Reuters.

In addition, according to Bloomberg, several banks are also willing to provide funding for Elon Musk, including Morgan Stanley and Bank of America. Several banks pledged $13 billion in debt financing to complete the deal. The debt financing agreement has now been completed, and only Elon Musk needs to sign the document.

In addition, investors such as Oracle founder Larry Ellison and Arab Prince Alwaleed bin Talal are also willing to provide $7.1 billion in funding.

At present, Twitter officials refused to respond to related questions, and Elon Musk did not speak out on the news.
