by Oracle has launched a new cloud infrastructure platform, Alloy, which enables organizations to become cloud providers and provide end users with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) services operated by themselves. Organizations can independently and fully control cloud service operations in local data centers. Satisfying data control and data sovereignty requirements, for highly regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services, cloud services can be built using their own hardware.
