K8s officially launched the cluster simulation toolkit KWOK, which is convenient for users to develop and test clusters

The Kubernetes Special Interest Group (Special Interest Group, SIG) has released a simulation test toolkit called KWOK (Kubernetes WithOut Kubelet), which enables users to create clusters with thousands of nodes in a few seconds with low resource simulation. In the case of a large amount of infrastructure, test the Kubernetes controller at scale. Kubernetes is a containerized application scheduling tool that allows users to easily manage Pods between nodes. Each node needs an administrator, which is the job of Kubelet, and KWOK is “Kubernetes without Kubelet” in English abbreviation.
