Intel pushes 2nd generation AI training accelerator with more tensor processor cores and HBM

In order to meet the demand for popular artificial intelligence applications, Intel continues to strengthen the performance of the new generation of personal computers and server processors, and actively seizes this market by acquiring other companies and developing accelerated computing products. In terms of deep learning training and inference, they bought the start-up company Habana Labs at the end of 2019, and then began to promote the Gaudi series of AI training acceleration chips and the Goya AI inference acceleration chip.
