Affected models include HP OfficeJet Pro 9022e, HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e, HP OfficeJet Pro 9020e All-in-One, and HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One Printer. Customers are reporting that their printer displays an 83C0000B error. Customers reported on the official forums that customer support said there is currently no workaround to fix the firmware issue. The only way is to send the failed printer to HP. HP customers are advised not to bring the printer online until the issue is resolved.
