The clipboard function Suggested Actions enabled by default in Windows 11 22H2 will cause the browser to hang and stop responding for a period of time when copying text. The length of time seems to be related to the number of extensions loaded, ranging from tens of seconds to several minutes. Firefox 106.0.3 fixes the bug that caused the problem, and it also fixes a startup crash.
