Elon Musk proposed to buy Twitter for US$44 billion (about HK$345.4 billion) in April this year, but was later sued by Twitter on the grounds of the company’s fake account problem. The U.S. District Court earlier ordered that Elon Musk must complete the acquisition by October 28.
At the time of writing this article (noon on October 27), the two parties have not announced any announcements about the acquisition.
