After Elon Musk officially acquired Twitter, he continued to make reforms to Twitter’s past policies and blocked a large number of fake accounts. However, it has officially announced after a Twitter poll that it will start unblocking blocked accounts next week.
Elon Musk released a poll of more than 3.16 million users on Twitter, in which 72.4% of people voted in favor of reinstating the accounts of those who have been blocked by Twitter for “not breaking the law or engaging in spam content.” So Elon Musk announced that, based on people’s voices and opinions, he decided to amnesty Twitter to partially ban accounts.
Should Twitter offer a general amnesty to suspended accounts, provided that they have not broken the law or engaged in egregious spam?

Elon Musk said last month that Twitter would form a content review committee with “broadly diverse perspectives” and that no major content decisions or account reinstatements would be made until the committee meets.
At present, Elon Musk and the Twitter team have not announced how to distinguish the violations of the banned accounts, and how many accounts will be restored in total.
