Apple Music raises fees for voice-on-demand, student plan maintains original price – Hong Kong unwire.hk

Apple suddenly announced yesterday that it will increase the service charges of Apple Music in many countries around the world, and Hong Kong users are not immune to the need to follow the increase. The monthly fee for the Apple Music personal plan has been increased from HK$58 to HK$63 after the price increase, and the monthly fee for the family plan that allows 6 family members to share the service has increased from HK$88 to HK$98.

However, not all service plans have been adjusted. The Apple Music student service plan, which was adjusted in May this year, is currently maintained at HK$33; and the monthly fee for the voice-on-demand plan using Siri voice control has not been adjusted, which is also HK$28 per month. It was the same when the service plan was launched last October. This time, Apple simply raised the price of Music services. As for the free 6-month trial with the purchase of eligible devices, the 1-month free trial offer has not changed.

In addition, the monthly fee for Apple TV+ has also been raised from now on, from HK$38 a month to HK$53 after the price increase. Originally, if you purchase an Apple device and redeem the offer within 90 days, you can get a 3-month free trial, and the 7-day free trial period remains unchanged.
