Amazon Chime SDK’s new function of call analysis can analyze voice emotion and search speaker records in real time

AWS has updated the software development kit of Amazon Chime, its communication service, adding the function of real-time voice call analysis, which can perform tasks including voice transcription, sentiment analysis and speaker search, and developers can simply operate the audio application in the management console. Integrate these machine learning functions efficiently.
