In response to changes in the international situation, the United States is thinking about jointly producing weapons with Taiwan. The initial estimate of defense output exceeds 100 billion, but how to protect sensitive military weapon materials is the key. The U.S. Department of Defense launched the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) version 2.0 draft, which focuses on defense procurement and ensures the security of all information flows. It is expected to launch the official version from March to May 2023. If Taiwan, including electrical, electronic and defense industries, wants to share the pie of the defense industry, the only correct solution is to obtain the US CMMC 2.0 specification.
